Privacy Policy
Last updated May 8, 2026
This policy explains what information Bleep collects from visitors to usebleep.com, how we use it, and which sub-processors handle it on our behalf.
Who we are
Bleep is the brand under which we build software for back-office teams at mid-size companies. This policy covers the marketing site at usebleep.com only; the product application at app.usebleep.com is governed separately under each customer's contract.
Data we collect
When you fill out the contact form we collect your name, work email, company name, and the message you write. We also collect aggregate, non-identifying analytics from Vercel Analytics (page paths and approximate region derived from IP and user-agent — never stored alongside personal data) and a one-time challenge token from Cloudflare Turnstile that confirms you are a human, not a bot.
Sub-processors
We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the site:
- Vercel — hosting and aggregate analytics (United States).
- Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions (United States).
- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot-protection challenge on the contact form (global edge network).
How we use it
We use contact-form submissions only to reply to you about your inquiry. Aggregate analytics help us understand which pages are useful and how the site performs; they are never used to identify individual visitors or build advertising profiles.
Retention
Contact-form submissions live in our email inbox until we archive or delete them as part of normal correspondence hygiene. Aggregate analytics are retained per Vercel's default retention window. Turnstile challenge tokens are short-lived and are not stored once verified.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us through the contact form. Email the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
