How we work

How we work.

We're an AI-native services company. We take on the high-volume, manual work that piles up across your back office and operations, one use case at a time. We build the agents that do it, and run them.

Phase 01 / Assessment / 2 weeks

Assessment

Two weeks. We look at how the work gets done, find the use cases with the most volume and manual effort, and pick one or two to prove first.

01

Map the work.

We follow the work as it happens and turn it into a short list of use cases. What's done by hand, how often, and how many people it takes.

02

Score and pick.

We plot each use case by impact and feasibility. The one or two scoring high on both become the pilot.

Feasibility

Twelve use cases plotted by impact and feasibility. The quadrants read phase 2, low-hanging fruit, parked, and marginal. The two that score high on both are circled as the low-hanging fruit we pilot first.

The two picked use cases scored on the dimensions behind the matrix. Impact: volume, manual intensity, error cost. Feasibility: rule clarity, data and systems. Both score high on both axes.

Phase 02 / Pilot / 2 weeks

Pilot

Two weeks. We take the chosen use case, connect what it needs, build a working version, and test it until it holds up.

01

Build the first version.

We connect to the data and systems the use case needs, then build the agents and workflows that do the work, matching how your team already handles it.

02

Test it on real work.

Nothing runs on its own until it earns it. We run it against real scenarios, check every path, and keep a person in the loop for the exceptions.

The setup backlog for the pilot: access granted scoped to the use case, data gathered, systems connected, rules captured, guardrails set, and the baseline agreed.

Agent performance over the pilot: 38 scenarios handled, 95 percent automation rate, 99 percent accuracy checked against your team, 57 hours given back. Scenario types: standard 24, missing data 6, needs approval 4, plus a long tail of other types.

A few examples

How this works in practice.

A few examples of what we could build. The same approach fits many other industries.

What the agent does

Handles the support queue for a corporate travel platform. Thousands of urgent tickets a month.

  • Policy-checked rebooking
  • Calls hotels with no online booking
  • Escalates exceptions

Coverage across time zones

From your side

What we need from you.

The effort is small and front-loaded, mostly in the first two weeks.

  1. A point of contact

    Operations

Someone who owns the project on your side and schedules the right conversations.

  2. Short conversations

    Leadership + operations

About 30 minutes each, with the leaders who run the operation and the people who do the work.

  3. Access to systems and data

    IT / engineering

The systems where the work happens and the data behind the use case, scoped to the pilot.

What a project looks like

4 weeks to a pilot.

Project timeline as a route with stations: kickoff, then a two week assessment, then a two week pilot, a go or no-go decision at week four, and if go, rollout and scale.
